Richie’s Superfood Smoothie
This delicious, filling drink includes several of our superfoods as well as potassium-rich banana for the ideal post-swim snack.
Simply add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth, serving immediately.
Makes 1 serving:
- ½ a banana
- 1 handful of fresh or frozen berries
- 2 heaped tablespoons of oats
- ¼ of a cup of greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp. almond butter
- ½ cup of water to blend
Now before we go any further, we are delighted to announce that at the end of all this, there’s a pie and a pint in it for you. Because like Richie says, “you’ve got to sometimes, because you’ve earned it”.
